YESKAMO cloud storage and plans explained
Does YESKAMO offer cloud storage and what does it cost? Compare cloud, SD card and NVR recording, plus how to subscribe, cancel and use AI Alerts.
YESKAMO is a free app, but it offers optional paid cloud storage and AI Alerts plans that you buy inside the app. Local recording — to an SD card or NVR hard drive — stays free. This guide explains the three ways your cameras can record and how to manage a cloud subscription.
Tested with the YESKAMO app v4.9.7 (June 2026). Plan tiers and pricing vary by region and camera model, so always confirm the price shown on the in-app checkout before you pay.
Three ways to record
- SD card (in the camera) — Free. A microSD card records clips or continuous footage right inside the camera. Cheapest option, but footage is lost if the camera is stolen or damaged.
- NVR hard drive — Free. WiFi NVR kits record all paired cameras to a built-in hard drive, usually 24/7. Great for multi-camera homes; footage stays on-site.
- Cloud storage (paid) — Optional subscription. Motion clips are uploaded to YESKAMO's servers, so they survive even if the camera is destroyed.
What cloud storage costs
Cloud plans are billed monthly or yearly per camera, with tiers based on how many days of history you keep (commonly 7 or 30 days). You'll see the exact prices for your camera and country on the subscription screen. There is no charge to simply view live video or play back what's already on your SD card or NVR.
The AI Alerts plan
The optional AI Alerts add-on improves motion detection so you get smarter notifications — for example human or vehicle detection rather than alerts on every moving shadow or passing branch. It is a separate paid feature; basic motion detection works without it (see Motion alerts & notifications).
How to subscribe
- Open the YESKAMO app and tap the camera you want to cover.
- Open Settings (gear icon), then look for Cloud Storage or Cloud Service.
- Choose a plan and confirm payment through the App Store or Google Play.
Because billing goes through Apple or Google, your card is charged by them, not YESKAMO.
How to cancel
Cancel through the store that charged you, not the app:
- iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → YESKAMO → Cancel.
- Android: Google Play → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
Cancelling stops renewal; you keep cloud access until the period ends. Clips already saved to your SD card or NVR are unaffected.
