How to get a faster reply
When you email support, include these details so an agent can help on the first reply:
- Your device model and where you bought it (Amazon, yeskamo.com, etc.).
- The app version (Settings shows v4.9.7) and your phone OS — iOS, Android or macOS.
- The Cloud ID of the affected camera or NVR.
- A clear description plus a screenshot or short clip of the problem.
- Your order number for warranty or refund requests.
Regional and self-service options
- In-app feedback — some app versions include a feedback form under Settings → Help/About; this routes straight to the developer.
- Manuals first — many issues (reset steps, RTSP paths, default passwords) are answered in the PDF manual at the download center.
- Older cameras — if your manual says to install EseeCloud, contact support through that app's listing rather than YESKAMO.
